Q 1.1 I'm a newbie and do not have much
knowledge in using computers, can I still follow the
lessons in the bootcamp?
The bootcamp is catered with newbies in mind. On the
first day of the bootcamp, we have allocated a session
to guide everyone regardless of experience on basic computer know-how and setup. This ensures that all participants are well prepared for the 2
days session. In addition we provide comprehensive training
materials and support to guide participants in doing the exercises covered
during the bootcamp so that they can be independent
even after the bootcamp is over.
Our only beginning expectation of participants is that they possess basic computer usage knowledge such as checking
email, working with the computer keyboard and using a mouse or
touch pad as a pointing device.
Q 1.2 Is any further investment required to get started?
Everything you require to get started online is provided in this Bootcamp. This includes software, hosting and bonus products with a real-world value of thousands of dollars. Our forums have many testimonials from people who have achieved online success using our training material and resources.

Q 3.1 Can I attend a bootcamp preview? What are the preview venues, dates and times?
Fabian personally conducts these fun and fact-filled previews on the
bootcamp, and we welcome you to attend an upcoming preview as our guest.

Q 4.1 What
is the content of the bootcamp?
The content covers all topics necessary for an Internet Entrepreneur to make a successful entry into online marketing.
Importantly it is personalized, constantly updated and organized step-by-step based on real-world testing and experience, and delivered by Fabian with his characteristic passion and desire to see everyone who takes action succeed.
During the stress-free and fun 2-days session, hands on exercises will also be covered
where Fabian will walk through with participants on how to

Q 6.2 Why is the bootcamp investment higher then some other
seminars out there?
We have done our research and benchmarking, and are
confident that our bootcamp cost is comparable and in many cases
lower then our competitor's, despite the much higher

7.0 What to bring
Q 7.1 I was told that participants are required to
bring along a laptop computer, why is this necessary?
As we emphasize hands on training during the bootcamp,
the laptop computer will be used by participants to
work on the hands on exercises.
Participants are also reminded to bring along the power
adaptor or charger to ensure their laptop computer does
not run out of power during the bootcamp. We provide power supply outlets for each
participant to charge their notebook.
Q 7.2 What specification of laptop computer I must
bring?
We highly recommend the laptop computer should meet
the below requirement:
1. Pentium III, 1.6Mhz or higher
2. Wireless internet connectivity (Wi-Fi), preferably
built-in type instead of external Wi-Fi card.
3. DVD drive
4. USB port
Q 7.3 If I don't bring a laptop computer, can I still
follow the lessons in the bootcamp?
Though it is not recommended, participants can still
follow the lessons taught by referring to the printed
workbook and video tutorials so that they can practice
the techniques at their own pace.
Some participants have preferred to share a notebook and learn together during the bootcamp. This arrangement is fine.
Q 7.4 Can I use a borrowed laptop computer or use my
company laptop computer during the bootcamp?
Yes, as long as it meets the technical specifications
mentioned in Q 7.2 above
Q 7.5 Do you provide rental of laptop computers for
participants, and how much does it cost?
The arrangement of rental computers is done on case by
case basis, please contact the organizer representatives
for details.
Q 7.6 I have an Apple Macintosh laptop computer, can
I use it for the bootcamp?
If a participant uses a Macintosh laptop computer, we
highly recommend them to run on a virtual windows platform or
to install a Mac version of the Windows operating system so
that the there are no software compatibility issues
faced.
8.0 Support to participants
Q 8.1 What kind of support do you provide to
participants?
We provide 3 phases of supports to all participants as
follow:
Pre-bootcamp support:
We provide detailed information to participants via e-mail
communication, help desk, fact sheet and DVD to ensure
they are well prepared in terms of what they need to set
up in their laptop computer and what they can expect to
learn during the bootcamp.
On site bootcamp support:
During the bootcamp, we have mentors who standby on the
ground to assist participants with the setting up of
their laptop computer, and to guide them with the hands
on exercises ensuring they can follow each of the
lessons.
Post-bootcamp support:
We provide 24 months post bootcamp support in the form
of remedial class, review session, online FAQs, tutorials and video tutorials, e-mail, help desk and
forums to address any issues faced by participants after
attending the bootcamp.
Q 8.2 May I know how does your 24 months unlimited
support work? Does the support system work purely on
an email basis? Or could I speak to someone over the phone
on the questions I may have?
Through email communication and forum discussion.
For effective support of ALL our
members, the support is primarily through emails
utilizing our online ticketing system as well as through
our forum discussion.
Our experience has shown that 100%
of the technical queries can be handled this way. For
non-technical enquiries that require discussion/consultation, we encourage
members to network during Bootcamp to form peer support
groups amongst themselves and with our mentors.
Our forums and helpdesk are also open 24/7 staffed by
mentors actively answering various questions raised. We
currently do not offer “official” personal coaching.
Q 8.3 Can the students make appointments to meet up
with the trainer or support team if necessary?
It is not practical to provide face to face consultation
with participants considering the total number of
bootcamp graduates we are supporting, so the best way is
through email and forum support as mentioned in Q 8.2
above.
Q 8.4 Do you provide phone call support?
It is also not practical to provide phone call support
due to the same reason mentioned in Q 8.3 above.
Q 8.5 How can I access the forum support?
You can access the forum support by logging in to your
AIA membership area, and clicking on the forum link.
Q 8.6 Do you provide free website reviews to the students on their web sites?
We would cover a checklist for doing your own web site
critique during the Bootcamp. Additional advice can be
readily obtained from the forums and our Help Center.
9.0 Signing Up for the
Bootcamp
Q 9.1 How can I sign up for the bootcamp?
You may sign up for the bootcamp during our bootcamp
preview or provide your contact information through our
online support system, the organizer will then
communicate with you the details for completing the
sign up.

Q 9.2 After signing up for the bootcamp, what kind of
preparation I should do? What is my next step?
2 weeks prior to the bootcamp date, you will receive an
invitation via email to register as an AIA member. You will
also be given a link to download a Bootcamp Quick Start
Guide. Download it and follow the instructions given
within on further steps.
During this time, the organizer will also arrange to
provide you a Bootcamp Setup DVD that contains all the
necessary software and tools required for the bootcamp. Again follow the
instructions in the Quick Start Guide on the installation
and activation of these software.
10.0 AIA membership
registration
Q 10.1 How do I get my membership login user name and
password?
The membership login user name and password is chosen
by members themselves during the membership registration
process.
Q 10.2 How do I register as AIA member?
You will be able to register as AIA member upon
receiving the membership invitation email from AIA.
Follow the instructions given in the email and use the
given registration link to proceed. You will be able to
download a quick start guide for the detailed step by step
registration guide.
It is important that you submit a valid email address during the offline bootcamp sign-up process.
Q 10.3 I have submitted my particulars during
bootcamp sign-up, why do I still need to register as an AIA
member?
While bootcamp sign-up is an offline process for
administration purpose, AIA membership registration is
an online process where participant will assign their
membership login user name and password and get access
to the bonuses available in the membership area.
Q 10.4 I have made full payment for the bootcamp, why
can't I register for membership yet?
AIA membership will be opened to new sign-up members 2
weeks prior to the bootcamp, this is to give us time to prepare your
personalized membership and in line with our
membership policy. New members will be notified via
email on the registration process.
Q 10.5 It's less then 2 weeks before the the bootcamp
date, but I have not received my membership sign up
invitation email, why is that so?
Our email is addressed to participants based on their
email address which they have submitted in the sign up
form. There are many instances where the registered
email is not correctly written, misspelled, wrong email
given etc which causes our invitation email to be unable to reach
participants.
It is also possible that our email has been filtered by
the participant's email spam filter and ended up in
their spam folder instead of the regular email inbox
folder.
In any of the above cases, please do the following:
1. Look in your email spam folder, check if our email
has caught by the spam filter. If you find it there,
transfer it to your inbox and put our email address in
your email white list by declaring it as not a spam.
2. If you use multiple email address regularly, ensure
you have checked all of these email addresses just in
case you may have forgotten which email address you put
in the sign-up form.
3. If you still can't locate our invitation email,
submit an enquiry at our help desk and we will verify if
your email is correctly registered in our system. If we
found your email was wrongly registered, we shall
correct it and re-send the invitation email to you.
11.0 Other AIA Training
Q 11.1 Does AIA currently provide any other training programs?
We currently run two advanced programs which are open only to Bootcamp graduates - an Advanced
Coaching Program and an Enhanced Remedial Program. The
first program covers Bootcamp topics in further depth,
while the second provides additional guided hands-on
practice for members who require it.
Additionally, we conduct specialized Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Advanced SEO Certification courses. Do check out our events page for the latest schedules.

Q 12.1 Does AIA currently provide a affiliate program for the bootcamp training?
Yes. Members are encouraged to recommend their friends to attend the program. We will pay a good commission for each referral to a preview that we convert into a sale. We encourage members who have
benefited from our training to recommend their friends, as we typically convert a high percentage of attendees for each preview session into sales.
